Биография
Jonathan Button is a British artist and independent filmmaker. He was born and raised in Kent / South East London and was introduced to horror films from the tender age of five. His passion for cinema has inspired him to work on projects as a visual platform for telling stories, many of which have subject matters of a dark and twisted nature.
He went on to study Illustration, specialising in animation, at Camberwell College of Arts London. He is the creator and founder of Button Films and has since trained to be a teacher of art and design. He is currently working as an illustrator/motion graphics designer for a creative advertising agency in London, as well as developing various projects including his next short animated film.
In February 2015, his short films were at the centre of Portuguese news after a class of school children were shown his animations in their English lesson, and were reported to have needed psychological support as some were having nightmares and had trouble sleeping, whilst others wet the bed and refused to open any cupboards for fear there would be monsters inside.
