At the outbreak of the Gulf War, this action drama is based on the true story of an enlisted soldier who unexpectedly stumbles on a web of illegal activities involving the upper chain of command. When the soldier reports the problem through proper channels, it touches off a nerve felt all the way to the Pentagon. In retaliation as much as an effort to silence him, his superior officers launch a relentless campaign of covert threats and violence against him and his family.
