Содержание

В одно прекрасное июльское утро на идиллическом острове Сандхамн, поблизости от Стокгольма, Нора Линде, отдыхающая с детьми на пляже, обнаруживает в воде труп мужчины и сообщает об этом в столичную полицию. Поначалу складывается впечатление, что произошёл несчастный случай, но инспектору Томасу Андреассону, расследующему дело, чутьё подсказывает, что речь идёт об убийстве.

На шведском острове Сандхамне убийств не меньше, чем в английском Мидсомере. И все они случаются летом в разгар курортного сезона в декорациях яркого недолгого северного лета. Красивые загорелые шведы, красивые яхты, синее-синее море - живи да радуйся. Но всегда найдется повод для зависти, ревности, подростковой шалости и тд и тп, который приведет к печальным последствиям. Но бесстрашные (потому что непуганные) полицейские в конце-концов распутают дело, не забывая немного пофлиртовать, повыпивать и вкусить других радостей жизни.
